Purpose
To ensure the long-term sustainability and prestige of the HKSIAM International Fellowship Programme (HKIFP) by securing philanthropic support through named endowment funds.
Endowment Options

Establishing a Named Fellowship:
A one-time endowment of USD 200,000 will permanently fund one International Fellowship position annually.

Endowment Model:
The fund will be managed to generate a conservative 5% annual return, ensuring USD 10,000 is available per year to support one fellow’s visit (in perpetuity).
Donor Recognition
- Each endowed fellowship will be a Named Fellowship, titled according to the donor’s preference (e.g., “The [Donor’s Name] International Fellow”).
- Recognizes the donor’s annual contribution to global scientific advancement and talent development.
